    • For export orders or deliveries outside of Bangladesh, please get in touch with our team directly for further assistance. Please note that the products available for purchase on our website are specifically intended for customers within Bangladesh.
  3. Estimated Delivery Timeframe:

    • Delivery time within Dhaka is typically 5 to 7 days.
    • Delivery time outside Dhaka is estimated to be 8 to 10 days.
    • Please note that the availability of stock for specific products may impact the delivery time. If a particular product is out of stock, we will create a new one, which may result in a slightly longer delivery time.
  4. Shipping Costs:

    • The shipping cost for deliveries within Dhaka is 80 taka.
    • For deliveries outside Dhaka, the shipping cost is 130 taka.
    • Please note that these shipping costs are based on Pathao’s pricing structure.
  5. Delivery to Remote Locations:

    • We provide home delivery services to various locations throughout Bangladesh.
    • In some cases, if the delivery address is in a rural village or located outside the upazila, the Pathao delivery personnel may request the customer to collect the parcel from a nearby Pathao hub for convenience.
